Yes, we have one. And yes it begins on Saturday. Yes we have a bit of room. Yes we paddle long kayaks and attain a bit. No we are not specifically training for the Chea Race. Yes our program is smaller and a far more manageable group setting. Yes you will gain improvement if you come out. And yes I was super lame in getting the word out and getting it on calendar.
Saturday River Runs on the Potomac
Monday and Wednesday evening workouts for the Spring Training Group
Tuesday Evening workouts for the Advanced Group followed by an option yoga stretch down in a drop in yoga class in Potomac.
River Trips on Saturdays in April .
Evening Workouts Start at 5pm showing up with 530 on the water at Anglers. Once time changes that moves up to 530 and 6.
Saturday paddles will meet at 10 am unless we set up otherwise.
Saturday in April will be the all day trips. Dont plan on being home before 8pm.
